在零下启动过程中,质子交换膜燃料电池阴极中氧气还原反应生成的水会在催化剂层内部结冰,因而阻碍氧气传输,覆盖催化剂层反应活性位点,降低电化学活性面积,影响燃料电池发电性能,甚至会导致零下启动失败;同时,结冰/融化循环还会破坏膜电极结构,影响燃料电池寿命。因此,质子交换膜燃料电池零下启动技术的研究对促进燃料电池汽车的推广应用有重要意义。本文针对质子交换膜燃料电池的零下启动过程,从实验研究、机理解释、模型分析及策略开发等角度对文献内容进行了梳理,并对涉及质子交换膜燃料电池零下启动过程的专利技术进行了总结。  相似文献

This paper presents new multistage optimal startup and shutdown strategies for simulated moving bed (SMB) chromatographic processes. The proposed concept allows to adjust transient operating conditions stage-wise, and provides capability to improve transient performance and to fulfill product quality specifications simultaneously. A specially tailored decomposition algorithm is developed to ensure computational tractability of the resulting dynamic optimization problems. By examining the transient operation of a literature separation example characterized by nonlinear competitive isotherm, the feasibility of the solution approach is demonstrated, and the performance of the conventional and multistage optimal transient regimes is evaluated systematically. The quantitative results clearly show that the optimal operating policies not only allow to significantly reduce both duration of the transient phase and desorbent consumption, but also enable on-spec production even during startup and shutdown periods. With the aid of the developed transient procedures, short-term separation campaigns with small batch sizes can be performed more flexibly and efficiently by SMB chromatography.  相似文献

In this short communication, a misconception about the maximum potential a polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) cathode experiences due to the formation of fuel/air boundary at the anode during startup/shutdown is clarified. It is shown, conceptually, that the maximum potential experienced by a cathode in PEMFC under such condition is about twice the potential observed when one connects a driving fuel cell to a driven cell (electrolyzer), both of which having the same physical characteristics and operating under the same conditions.

Mechanically recovered poultry meat (MRPM) was treated at 350 and 450 MPa for 5 and 15 min at m 20 °C and then stored at 2 °C. Counts of mesophilic, psychrotrophic and lactic acid bacteria were determined at 1, 4 and 15 days of storage. Initial counts were ca. 7 log CFU/g for the three populations. High pressure induced lethalities of ca. 1.5 log CFU/g for mesophiles and psychrotrophs and, in some cases, ca. 2.5 log CFU/g for lactic acid bacteria. At 4 days, counts in pressurized samples increased less for mesophiles and psychrotrophs ( h 0.5 CFU/g) than for lactic acid bacteria ( S 1 log CFU/g). At 15 days, counts of the three populations were ca. 9 log CFU/g in all samples. High pressure processing at subzero temperature does not extend shelf-life of MRPM.  相似文献

利用热管废热溴化锂制冷机不仅能够回收工业过程的大量废热、余热,而且可以提高整个工业系统的能源利用效率。针对两级烟气废热热管溴化锂制冷机发生器的结构特征,建立了动态数学模型,进行了数值求解,得出了机组启动过程中发生器的各参数的变化规律。结果表明:蒸汽发生量与溶液出口温度基本同步稳定,烟气中间为250℃左右,出口温度为200℃左右。此研究对减短启动时间、节约能源具有一定的积极意义。  相似文献

We investigate the optimal management problem of an M/G/1/K queueing system with combined F policy and an exponential startup time. The F policy queueing problem investigates the most common issue of controlling the arrival to a queueing system. We present a recursive method, using the supplementary variable technique and treating the supplementary variable as the remaining service time, to obtain the steady state probability distribution of the number of customers in the system. The method is illustrated analytically for exponential service time distribution. A cost model is established to determine the optimal management F policy at minimum cost. We use an efficient Maple computer program to calculate the optimal value of F and some system performance measures. Sensitivity analysis is also investigated.  相似文献

Transient behavior of a centrifugal pump during starting period   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A theoretical analysis on transient flow inside a centrifugal pump was carried out, building on unsteady and incompressible fluid equations applied to the impeller during the starting periods. The transient flow behavior is governed by two hyperbolic partial differential equations; namely continuity and motion equations. The characteristics method of the specified time intervals was used to analyze the dynamic characteristic of the pump. To follow the dynamic behavior of the pump during startup periods, a numerical study was performed on the pump impeller with different openings of the discharge valve. The comparison between the numerical and experimental results of the pump characteristic curve has shown a good concordance. The results have also revealed that the pressure increase is important in the case of a short starting period of the pump and a large mass of water in the pipelines. In this study, the effect of the impeller diameter and number of blades on the pressure evolution was also analyzed.  相似文献

This paper studies the operating characteristics of an M[x]/G/1 queueing system under vacation policies with startup/closedown times, where the vacation time, the startup time, and the closedown time are generally distributed. When all the customers are served in the system exhaustively, the server shuts down (deactivates) by a closedown time. After shutdown, the server operates one of (1) multiple vacation policy and (2) single vacation policy. When the server reactivates since shutdown, he needs a startup time before providing the service. If a customer arrives during a closedown time, the service is immediately started without a startup time. The server may break down according to a Poisson process while working and his repair time has a general distribution. We analyze the system characteristics for the vacation models.  相似文献

We study a single removable and non-reliable server in the N policy M/M/1 queueing system. The server begins service only when the number of customers in the system reaches N (N1). After each idle period, the startup times of the server follow the negative exponential distribution. While the server is working, it is subject to breakdowns according to a Poisson process. When the server breaks down, it requires repair at a repair facility, where the repair times follow the negative exponential distribution. The steady-state results are derived and it is shown that the probability that the server is busy is equal to the traffic intensity. Cost model is developed to determine the optimal operating N policy at minimum cost.  相似文献
